Getting Authorization to Watch TLC Learning Academy's Live Cameras

Once enrolled at TLC Learning Academy Childcare, you should request your username and password by completing the camera authorization form. Submit the completed, signed authorization form to your teacher or a TLC Learning Academy Administrator. Once approved, your usernames and passwords will be activated for the specific room(s) that your child has enrolled in. You can access the secure streaming video by clicking below:

Daycare Camera Security

Webcam security is KidsVision's number one priority. A multi-layer security process combined with 128 bit digital encryption prevents unauthorized access to TLC Learning Academy's cameras. Room level permissions ensure that authorized parents and families are limited to only cameras that they have a child or children enrolled in. Essentially, our daycare camera service extends our own open door policy: the same parents and/or guardians that can drop by our center during the day are given camera access to watch their child online. Our online parent monitoring makes "dropping by" much more convenient for TLC Learning Academy families.

Username or Password Issues

If you have already completed and submitted your camera authorization form, but cannot access the secure parent monitoring area of our website there could be an issue with your username or password. The KidsVision service will prompt you three times for the correct username and password combination. After the third attempt, a warning message will appear that you do not have access to this area. KidsVision technicians can verify that your username has been approved, however, they cannot change your username, password, or alter your room level permissions. You should contact a TLC Learning Academy Administrator if you need to reset your username, password, or change the rooms that you can access.
